#21 Normalized city/state/school/designator data for teams

TournamentDirector should store normalized city, state, school, designator, and team name information about the teams in the tournament to assist in:

1. Figuring out which school "North" or "Central" or "Roosevelt" is on a national level

2. Determing which team is a school's A team for the purpose of computing national rankings

3. Making it possible determine the name of the school as distinct from other data. That is, is the team "Charter Freedom" from Charter, Freedom, or Charter Freedom?
