#2 Anim doesn't look the same in SL

Sorry if this is a totally newb question. I have been making poses with Qav for a while. Recently I've been experiencing some weirdness. I am attaching a random pose I made to illustrate the issue. When I upload this into SL, the avatar's arms are all over the place. One is down and in front the other is up and over the avatar's head. I just don't know what I am doing wrong. Really appreciate the help.
