#3 Fix for bug #66

On creating a new file or opening a file, props were being cleared before the program checked if the current animation needed to be saved. This meant that, even after choosing not to continue, props would be cleared as soon as the "new file" or "open file" buttons were clicked. The attached patch changes the order of these two operations so that the check happens before clearing props.
