#4 Agent should be able to create zip files

It would be nice if an Agent could create a zip file
(say, containing all files in a directory) so that
groups of files could be sent back to the controller
easily via GETFILE. This would be handy when running a
test suite from an Agent that produces many output
files, such as logs, HTML, etc.
