It's common to have email addresses for usernames.

To do:
- Factor out PERSON_ from INT_ISSUE into INT_PERSON.
- Add a custom Excel file for email address/username
lookups.
- Add EMAIL to DIM_PERSON.
- Build Xaction to burst individual assignment sheets
- Update doc with how to "schedule"
