In order to debug you Test Block, the project has entry point to run you test class. On previous versions you could deploy and load only DLL into QAliber framework ( now executable files can be loaded as well), Deploy dll is a bit more hassle but cleaner work.
So the last line simply refer to the fact you can continue work by changing the project type back to executable (and return the entry point by unmaking runner) after the deployment.
