QA Assistant 0.3 Released

QA Assistant is a Gnome-Python application that assists a reviewer in performing Quality Assurance. It displays a checklist that the reviewer fills in. When the checklist is filled, the application outputs a review to a file for the reviewer to submit. The current version contains a checklist to run quality assurance of SRPMS for inclusion in Fedora Extras.

Version 0.3 concentrates on infrastructure and cosmetic enhancements.

The major changes are:
* Display of the SRPM's name in the statusbar
* Colorized output for checklist items
* automake/autoconf build. A standard ./configure; make; make install will now install the program
* RPM packages of the program
* Fixed a bug that prevented editing of the Review output
