v0.117-r6 for testing and translation updates

Hi to All!

After month-es of development and after tree not public releases, I'd like to inform all of you, about new q4wine release candidate. It is fully ready for testing and translation update process.

* Current release goals: Wine AppDB browser;
* Q4Wine helper;
* Logging subsystem;
* GUI improvements;
* CMake scripts updates;

You can get q4wine from git or download it from source forge mirror.

2translation team: We have 1 week for translation update. Please, if you can't do it in this terms -- inform me as soon as possible.
