Besides SmokeQt, Qt/Q only uses standard Qt stuff (libqt, libqui, libqassistantclient) which should be available on any platform supported by Qt. The distro-specific packaging of Qt may make it a little harder to compile Qt/Q on some systems, but once it is up and running, existing Qt/Q scripts should just work. Maybe some kind soul will eventually take care of doing an "all-in-one" Q package for Debian which includes Qt/Q. It shouldn't be too hard to do this, as the complete build process for all things Q on Unix-like systems is already documented in the RPM spec file. I always wanted to have a look at Debian myself, but unfortunately I'm just too busy with other things right now.
