Occupational disease, I guess. -- If I read something that's all
sunshine and glowing results, I'm always skeptical. ;-)

But if you find some formulations that are overly cautious then please
let me know, so that I can massage them a little.

I've just uploaded v0.4, for which I already processed most of John's
remarks; maybe not quite the final version yet, but the deltas are
getting smaller.
