Ok, I just uploaded version 0.3 of the tutorial. Thanks to all who
mailed corrections (yes, Keith, I mean you ;-). I also rewrote the
metaprogramming section which was kind of lame, I hope that it's a bit
more interesting now, and added a little preface.
