[q-lang-devel] CVS cleanup/magick module added

Hi,

I've finished cleaning up CVS after initial import, so all modules 
should be in a sane state now. If you find any problems then please let 
me know.

I also added a new external module to the Q base package, called magick, 
which provides an interface to the ImageMagick library. See the included 
README-Magick for more information. This is still work in progress, and 
needs porting to Windows and older ImageMagick versions, but is already 
usable.
