Ok, that should be fixed in cvs now. I don't know why automake 1.10
complains about a missing config.rpath, it shouldn't be needed, but I've
added it anyway.

Tested with autoconf 2.61, automake 1.10 and libtool 1.5.23c on Linux.
Please let me know if you still run into problems with Cygwin.
