[q-lang-users] Proposed ML policy change

Hi all,

as you probably noticed, the list gets hit by quite a lot of spam
lately, which is annoying and is only going to get worse. Therefore I'm
considering to change the policy so that only subscribers can post. I
know that this makes it difficult for cross-postings, but it seems to be
the only reasonable way to get rid of most of the spam. What do you
think about this?
