Oops, sorry, I missed that. So 10.4.8 is as new as it gets. Good. I
added your patch and uploaded a new RC2:

It would be nice if you could check once more whether this now compiles
ok. If it's ok then I can release 7.6.

Hmm, it might have something to do with the disabling of the
_POSIX_C_SOURCE option. Maybe that also has an influence on the
definition of setprgp.
