[q-lang-users] Release 7.1 Installation Failure

People:

I just downloaded Qpad-7.1.msi  The installation failed with message "A 
network error occurred while attempting to read from the file 
'C:\windows\installer\qpad-7.1rc3.msi'".

Any help will be appreciated.
