For this reason, and also for the sheer coolness of it, I'd like to
see the old lambda stay in the standard library, but renamed "Lambda".
It's a nice executable demonstration of exactly how lambdas can be
expressed as combinators.

(It would be all right if, like graphics.q, the modified lambda.q
were not loaded by default.)
