There are ends in sight:

a) I think there's some kind of svn support on sf.net

b) I received a status-mail from them this morning stating that new CVS
infrastructures will be in place shortly, one consequence of which is that
everyone is going to have to check-out again with the project name in the
CVSROOT. Eg:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/q-lang co -P
modulename

becomes

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@q-...:/cvsroot/q-lang co -P
modulename

Not directly. I know another developer at work looked at one such thing
and found they'd rejected an app for saying `GPLv2 only' (as distinct from
"or any later version"). That's only anecdotal, but still, keep an eye out
for licensing policy.
