[q-lang-users] QPad "help" & CygWin "info"

Hi there -- I was trying to get the "help" command of QPad on windows
to work through "info" via CygWin.  The error message I get in QPad is
"info -- qdoc not found".  In other words, it looks like info is
running but simply can't find the qdocs.  Any clues for me about how
to fix this, please & thanks?
