Project Started

Well, the project has been opened. I have switched to an SVN repository and I've created the directory structure. My initial commit will occur soon.

This project relies on my Simple Settings Storage Library for .Net (http://sourceforge.net/project/q-storage-dn),
so build will often coincide.
