Not currently, I dont think mpegs can have an alpha channel. But... 
because in Pyzzle mpegs are rendered of screen and blitted onto the 
slide I could probally produce somthing that was equivelent using the 
old fashioned blue screen effect.

If you could email me a mpeg that had blue/green or what ever colour for 
the alpha channel, I could have a look into it. But from my experence 
with with that technique you have to be carefull of compression 
artifacts stuffing up the alpha channel screen.
