The Pyzor server code is open-source, so if you like you can run your 
own local Pyzor server. That won't benefit from the publicly available 
data though, you'd have to train it locally.

There is currently no option to mirror the public database. There should 
be plenty of resources available on the public.pyzor.org setup though, 
so feel free to use that!
