pyzor server timeouts

I've been seeing a lot of server timeouts for 82.94.255.106 in the past
few days (possibly longer).  I imagine it that the operators of that
server might be implementing some sort of rate limiting (I'm a medium
sized site with about 2000 users).  Anyone else seeing these sorts of
timeouts?:

I run local pyzor daemons also, but since they can't share data with
other servers I've been using 82.94.255.106 as well.

Any updates on data/checksum sharing for pyzor servers?
