No - but - you can change your config to point to 
82.94.255.100:24441.  Someone (I can't remember who - sorry) set this 
one up as 66.250.40.33 has been having trouble for some time.

One caveat though - don't run "pyzor discover" as it will change you 
config back to the old server...
