Improper server advertised on pyzor.sourceforge.net

Hi!

Currently an unavailable server is advertised on
http://pyzor.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/inform-servers-0-3-x (the URL that's
accessed by "pyzor discover").

The server is 66.250.40.33:24441.

I've tried "pyzor ping"-ing it and was getting a timeout all the time from
different hosts/networks.

Then after sifting through this mailing list I've discovered one server
that works - 82.94.255.100:24441.

Why isn't at least this one working server published in the
inform-servers-0-3-x file?
