is pyzor DEAD?

Hello,

i installed pyzor, but i allways got 66.250.40.33:24441     
TimeoutError:

since the last half Year, i saw in the pyzor-user list no
other command as server timeout, so i want to know if pyzor
is dead!

then the only other solution is to pay for DCC and Razor 2,
because it=b4s not free for buisiness right?
