RE: Pyzor errors with SA 3.1

My current pyzor fails with the reported symptoms.

I downloaded the proposed patch from http://www.engelken.net/download/pyzor.patch

Upon running the patch with patch -p0 < pyzor.patch, I get the message that 
patch detected a reverse patch. Should the patches still be applied as reverse 
patches?
