I'm not one of the developers, but I've been using pyzor for about a year as part of 
SpamAssassin (which in turn I am using as part of MailScanner).  I think the reason 
there is very little activity on the list is that the code is mature and works very well for 
most users.  A fair percentage of the spam we receive triggers the pyzor score.  I 
can't think of anything that would be needed to improve it.
