My problem was something else.

I run pyzor from procmail and I have some 200+ useraccounts all with the=
ir
own Maildir.
The problem was that the users .pyzor/servers file was missing.
This problem is now solved after I created a softlink in each users
directory to a master file that now contain the valid pyzor servers IP.

since July, but after a "chmod a+r /usr/bin/pyzor" it work again
