Does pyzor report to the pyzor server?

I have pyzor setup and running, however I'm a little confused as to its=20
operation.  I see two types of entries on spam,=20

X-Spam-Pyzor: Reported 1166 times.

X-Spam-Pyzor: Reported 0 times.

If the spammer has not been reported to the pyzor server, how is this=20
accomplished?
