Pyzord usage and info

Can anyone explain Pyzord to me?  I'm wondering if I should be running the 
server on my system since I make thousands of submissions daily.  How does 
it affect load?  Is it really the best way to go in the long wrong?  etc 
etc etc...  The docs were really sparse on information about it.  Thanks
