The loop to set unspecified values to their default does not exclude those attributes that were marked prohibited.

This was an inconsistency in validation of instances created from DOM trees versus created by the saxer DOM subsystem. Fixed in [2056] to fully validate instances created from documents regardless of parse mechanism.
