[Pyx12-developer] problem with dependent level segment on 278 file

Hi,

       While validating a 278 x12 file with the mapping xml
'278.4010.X094.27.A1.xml'  I am getting the following error

        2009-07-07 15:05:41,894 ERROR Line:29 SEG:3 - Mandatory loop
"Dependent Name" (2010DA) missing

       But in the 278 companion  document it is mentioned that dependent
loop is not mandatory. If the patient is self insured I think no need
       to put the dependent details.
      Then why i am getting this error while validating the x12 file, any
idea how to fix this issue?
