[Pyx12-developer] PYX12 - location of dtd

Hi,
 
I'm using the Python X12 package quite successfully. It's a great
application. I do have a small problem.  When I try to view the  XML
documents generated, Internet Explorer complains that it can't find
http://www.kazoocmh.org/x12simple.dtd 
 
 
I'd appreciate your help in finding this dtd, or recreating it if it's
been lost.
