[Pyx12-developer] test data - install problem?

Thanks for the test file Mousami, this helps a lot!

So my install does not look that good...I'm running Python 2.3 on =
Win2000 with the libxml2 library from http://xmlsoft.org/, and get the =
following error when trying to run the below test file.  I also ran one =
of my own corrected files and got the same error.
