I fear that at the moment all Apache-like licenses are GPL incompatible, at least according to the interpretation of the FSF: http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/index_html AFAIR, the GPL3 license should solve this problem, although this is not yet clear - the license not even existing in its final form.
