[PyX-devel] INDEX file.

Hi,
I don't know if it is an already known issue or not, but I've not found 
any mention on the list. I've noticed that the INDEX file that is 
supposed to be in /example dir is not included in the PyX-0.7 tarball. 
Hence the related Makefile does not work at all.
