Dependency of attributes can now be specified more generally with the
new attribute system. In particular, we already took care of the
linestyle vs. linewidth sort order.

We discussed this internally some weeks ago and in the end, it came to
the conclusion that probably the old way should be the default. Gert,
could you comment on this?
