[PyX-devel] Missing -o flag to dvips

Hi,

most of the dvips that I have seen defaults to dump the ps to printer and not
to file so it would be nice if you added the -o flag, like in the
attached patch. 

I also added a -f to the rm command to get rid of the following output 
rm: cannot remove `examples.tex': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `examples.log': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `examples.aux': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `examples.dvi': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `examples.ps': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `examples.pdf': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `*.eps': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `*/*.eps': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `*.py.html': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `*/*.py.html': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `*.png': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `*/*.png': No such file or directory
