anonymous user (which had to be blocked because of spamming).=20

Hi Renato,

Thanks for the reply. I solved the problem. The problem was indeed in =
the
definition of my view file. I just defined on more level under the root
element. My view was like this:

/ViewSpecies/ViewName
/ViewSpecies/ViewKingdom
/ViewSpecies/ViewHabitat

I added one more level /Dataset/ and everything worked fine.

/Dataset/ViewSpecies/ViewName
/Dataset/ViewSpecies/ViewKingdom
/Dataset/ViewSpecies/ViewHabitat

Hi Markus,

Thanks for the reply. Currently I am getting to know TAPIR and I've been
studying a bit the protocol (the one at
http://ww2.biocase.org/svn/tapir/trunk/protocol/tapir.xsd) because I am
really interested in knowing about the details of this new protocol, =
along
with all its capabilities. I am currently working at the National
Biodiversity Institute in Costa Rica (INBio) and one of the main goals =
at
the moment is to install the pywrapper as a provider, so this explains =
my
interest in the protocol.

It's glad to hear that soon there would be a new release of the =
pywrapper
(the 20th of august). We already managed to install the pywrapper tool =
with
a little test-database we defined, so we are slowly getting familiar =
with
the format (search request/search response/inventories/etc). We are also
looking forward for the release of the ConfigTool, that I hope will ease =
up
the configuration process :)

In the meantime, we will be really interested if you have the version of
TAPIR (the draft from 2005) that is currently supported by the =
pywrapperV2
(just for the sake of getting to know TAPIR better). Later, when the
pywrapper and TAPIR get refined, we will be in better ground for =
studying
the changes.
