[PyWrapper-devel] text encodings

Hi,
when looking at the A9 specification I saw they introduced a parameter =
to specify input and output encoding. At first I thought we dont need =
that cause we got the XML character encoding, but what about our GET =
calls? I dont really like the idea to specify the encoding, but I would =
love to dictate that its gotta be UTF-8.

What do you think?
