Hi Jose, the current pywrapper "release" is based on a TAPIR draft from 2005. I = am currently updating the code and the fully TAPIR compliant version = will be available by 20th of august. maybe even earlier but thats not guaranteed. if you are interested in pre-versions please let me know. thanks, markus -----Original Message----- From: pyw...@li... on behalf of Jose = Cuadra Sent: Thu 6/8/2006 8:10 PM To: pyw...@li... Cc:=09 Subject: [PyWrapper-users] Pywrapper2 and TAPIR Hello, =20 I've been analyzing the format of some of the requests/responses = regarding the pywrapper2, and I've seen some differences between the format that = the latest TAPIR protocol states (at http://ww2.biocase.org/svn/tapir/trunk/protocol/tapir.xsd), and the = format the pywrapper is returning. Among these things, for example, the = pywrapper still uses the <view> element on the requests, contrary to the <outputModel> element the protocol states. =20 I will like to know which version of the protocol does the pywrapper2 currently supports and if this version is still available on the web? = Any other useful information about the relation between pywrapper/TAPIR = would be appreciated. =20 Thanks, Jose Cuadra |
