#2 Synset ID to WordNet sense number mapping

I had a problem with synset IDs. I have synset IDs
and I want to get the corresponding sense number of
the word. I mean for example:
I want to learn which sense number of act
is "act1:03:00::" ? Since in Pywordnet, we are
not using these synset IDs, is there a way to get this
mapping?

Does anyone have the experience of adding the XML-RPC
function onto Pywordnet, Or any methods to make Pywordnet
with web-service functions. So that I can access the WordNet
database and get results for next procedure on another server.
