[PyWM-talk] Maintainers update

I haven't forgotten pywm, but I have been busy with school. Now that the
summer holidays are on, I would like to get something done. If you have
problems of any kind with pywm or want to improve it, I'm ready to help,
but if not, I probably won't post anything in the immediate future since
I have some other projects needing my attention.
