[PyWM-talk] Scheme for key binding

I want the two-stroke key-binding like emacs. And somebody else 
may prefer the binding like vi. 
So I want the class to manage the key-bindings and to provide the easy 
interfaces to bind both emacs-like and vi-like. It's best if it also provides 
the way to give the difference binding for the difference window.
