Steps to reproduce:

1. Open pythonwin.exe and make sure interactive window is visible.
2. In the interactive window, press CTRL-A, DEL to clear the window and hit Enter a few times. The first line will be a blue proportional font like the initial banner.
3. Open a python script that generates a few lines of output.
4. In the interactive window, press CTRL-A, DEL, then run run the script. The output will be the banner font.

This patch corrects this problem. Hope you like it. It was generated from the 2.6 -213 release and works on win32 and win64 versions. I tested on 3.0 -213 release as well.
