Initial Comment:
There is the PyCSpinButtonCtrl Object, but there doesn't 
seem to be anyway to create this object from within the 
extensions. Some member functions seem to be there, 
but not the SetBuddy() or GetBuddy(). The equivalent 
MFC class is CSpinButtonCtrl()
