#16 [doc] - how to use zsi behind an http proxy

I am using the client part of zsi - I am using a third party service.
My computer here is under an http proxy, so every connection must pass thought it.

There is no mention in the documentation on how to set the http_proxy in zsi.

First, the wsdl2py script goes time out, and it should have an option to specify an http proxy.

Second, ZSI.ServiceProxy.ServiceProxy also times out, and, I have searched throught some mailing lists and messages, but it is not clear why there is not an easy way to specify the proxy.
