In recent Globus Toolkit (4.2) Web Services are using new WS-Addressing namespace (http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing) and new WS Addressing WSDL namespace (http://www.w3.org/2006/05/addressing/wsdl)

EndpointReference structure has changed a bit: ReferenceProperties attribute was renamed to ReferenceParameters

WSAW defines new namespace for defining WSA for operation in WSDL file.
