#224 Checking out trunk has errors due to bad host name

Checking out trunk throws subversion errors due to svn.sourceforge.net being used as a host name rather than pywebsvcs.svn.sourceforge.net in SOAPpy/SOAPpy/.svn/dir-prop-base, greping for http://svn.sourceforge.net yields a number of files that need updating.
